How Do I Start?

1.     Carefully punch out the cell phone SIM card from its plastic holder and insert the card into your unlocked GSM mobile phone* as instructed in the phone’s user manual.

2.     Turn on your phone.

3.     If your phone prompts you to enter a PIN, enter the four-number PIN-code (the PIN-code is provided on the back of the TravelSIM cardholder).

4.     Your phone will now have a new number that works in 144 countries!

5.     Let your friends, family and business colleagues know your new international travel number.

6.     You are now ready to start making and receiving calls at a fraction of your accustomed cost, all over the world!

How Do I Make a Call?

1.     Dial '+' or 00 first, followed by the country code and regional number, then your destination number.

2.     Press the 'Call' button on your phone and you will see the message "Wait for call" displayed on your screen.

3.     In a few seconds you will receive a call. Just answer the phone as you normally would.

4.     You will hear the balance of your account and then your conversation will start!

How Do I Use My Phone's Phonebook?

You can make calls directly from your phone’s internal phonebook. In order to use this feature you must save your contacts in one of the following ways:

00 + country code + city code + phone number             Or

'+' + country code + city code + phone number

How Do I Send and Receive Text’s?

Simply send and receive texts according to your phone's user manual. You don't have to do anything new!

How Do I Access the InternationalSIM Menu?

You can call, send texts, check your balance from the "InternationalSIM" menu in your mobile phone. Simply select the "InternationalSIM" menu on your phone and immediately access the following options:

1.     Call

2.     Send text

3.     Check balance

4.     Customer care

What is the Travellers Phone Card (TPC)

 When signing up for the Travellers Phone Card service you receive a PIN number that gives you access to our network from over 40 countries around the world for international calling at low rates.

How does the Travellers Phone Card work?

Upon signing up, you will be given a list of toll free numbers in the countries where the service is available. To use the service, you dial either a toll free number or normal land line corresponding to the country you are calling from, and then you will be prompted to enter your 10-digit PIN, assigned to you upon sign up.

What is the difference between Travellers Phone Card and the International Callback?

Travellers Phone Card is convenient for travellers because you do not need to pre-register your phone number, as for the Callback service you do need to pre-register a phone number.

Are there any minimum usage requirements?

There are no minimum usage requirements for this service. (if pre-payment )


What are the worldwide rates for this service?
Please check our rates at VIEW RATES, select the country you will be calling from and submit the "View Rates" button.


How long does it take to open my new account?
It will take up to 2 business days to open your account from the time you send us your request for service.

Can I use this service from any phone? Are the rates the same?
The Travellers Phone Card service may be used from any fixed phone, some mobile phones and some pay phones . The rates can vary when calling a cell phone or a fixed phone. Please check our rates for more information at VIEW RATES Calls made from a pay phone in the USA will have a surcharge of USD$0.60 per call.

 Technical terms

The InternationalSIM service can be used from any GSM standard mobile phone. Depending on the country, your phone will need to be compatible with GSM 800/900/1800/1900 frequencies. Some very old phone models do not support the InternationalSIM service in auto mode. In that case, calls can only be made using the InternationalSIM menu.*Some mobile operators "Lock" their phones.

InternationalSIM is a Post paid SIM cell phone SIM card that offers low and simple International Rates in ROAMING. Today, International Roaming is essential for anyone on the move, and InternationalSIM is complementary to virtually any travel or mobile related product.
