Telephone Monopolies
80% of the world's telephone companies are run by actual or near monopolies. They can charge what they like. On international calls they like to charge you very much more than you need to pay.  In countries where telephone services are provided by private enterprise they are more efficient and much cheaper. 1. Dial your given Access Number.
2. Let the number ring twice and then  put your phone down.
3. You will be called back on your telephone within seconds.
4. When you receive the 'call back', pick up the telephone.
5. The computer will then ask you to enter the telephone number you wish to dial.
6. The computer will dial the telephone number you have entered.
7. To finish the call simply press the " # " button twice. You will then go back to stage 5 to make another call if you wish, or hang up if not.
