Softphone Application and Software Download

first you must download the software from here : Softphone.exe


INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP THE SOFTPHONE

  1. Download the software to any folder on you computer.

  2. Double click on the softphone icon.

  3. When the Setup screen appears
    i.      Enter your 9-digit VOIP PIN in the ACCOUNT field AND in the PIN field.

    ii.     Current International Callback customers: enter the last 7 digits of your access number in the ACCOUNT field AND in the
    PIN field enter again these 7 digits followed by the capital letter A and your 4 to 5 digits callback PASSWORD (example: 5551212 in ACCOUNT field and 5551212A2233 in the PIN field).

    iii.    Current VCC (Virtual Calling Card) and USA Mobile/Call Connect
    customers: Enter your 10 digit service PIN number in the ACCOUNT field AND in the PIN field.
     

  4. Click on SAVE

  5. Click on LOGIN.

    After a few seconds you should see READY... at the bottom of the dialer.
     

  6. To make a call, enter the destination number starting with 011 for international calls (enter 1 for US & Canada and certain Caribbean destinations) followed by a # sign. ( To dial a # you can either press the letter "P" on your keyboard or click the # at the dial pad of the softphone.)
     

  7. Click the button at the upper left corner of the softphone to initiate the call.
     

  8. Click the button at the upper middle corner of the softphone to hang up a call.
     

Additional Features:

Your dialer has an AUDIO wizard that allows you to check if the microphone and speakers of you PC are working.

To use the Audio wizard just click on it and follow the instructions.

To use the Phone book enter the name and the phone number of your contact (just the same way you would enter when making a call).

To call a contact double click on the phonebook entry.

To change the account settings of the dialer, click on the button just above the audio wizard button and follow the steps 3 through 6.

To erase a number on the dialing display, click the button at the very upper right corner that has the letter C.

To check the recent calls you made click on the recent calls button with letter R on it.
